Digital transformation
Role: Business Analyst
WAGILE
Project QuantumDrive was a digital transformation initiative to build a web-based feedback platform that enabled users to submit feature requests, report bugs, vote on existing suggestions, and track the status of each submission.
The platform included two user types, End Users that submit feedback, vote, comment, and track progress, Admin Users that review suggestions, update statuses, prioritise features, and communicate changes.
The goal was to create a transparent, community-driven product improvement system that supported continuous delivery, prioritisation, and agile product management.
During discovery, several product and process gaps were identified:
No unified system for managing feature requests or bug reports
Feedback scattered across emails, support chats, and verbal communication
No voting/ranking mechanism to understand user demand
Manual tracking in spreadsheets caused delays and duplicate requests.
Lack of visibility for users → high frustration and reduced trust
The admin team lacked a structured workflow for triage and prioritisation.
QuantumDrive aimed to provide a single source of truth for feedback handling and feature transparency.
As the BA, I worked across discovery, requirements, solution design, and acceptance testing to translate user needs into a functional web application.
Conducted elicitation meetings with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and end users
Identified functional and non-functional requirements
Captured pain points such as duplicate requests, lack of prioritisation, and poor visibility
Documented high-level business objectives, success measures, and KPIs
